For years, people have lived out of RVs on Sebastopol’s Morris Street. A community developed and the street turned from a last refuge to a home for many.
Now, faced with growing anger and calls for action from the city’s residents, the City Council has decided to try a new approach. Working with local non-profits, the city is opening a new RV village as a one-year safe parking program that will provide security and services to many Morris St. residents.
